After joining Iona College in 1996, my first order of business was to change our whole publication package. We met with numerous agencies showing us variations of the publications we already had. Harquin was the only group who showed the ability to truly be creative. The marketing pieces Harquin designed were outstanding and we are about to use these same mailings for a third straight year. I have never used the same publications for three years in a row before in my career. I found that the true strength of Harquin was their ability to learn and understand my operation. They were also not satisfied with producing cookie cutter publications, which has made ours stand out from the competition. The exact effect of our publications is difficult to judge.
