Helping the American Red Cross
The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester and Heineken USA joined forces on June 17 to help raise funds for the American Red Cross of Westchester. The event, called “Heineken with a Heart,” featured a live band, pub-style snacks, and networking for White Plains businesses. That night $26,200 was raised with 91 cents on each dollar going directly to services according to American Red Cross of Westchester CEO John Ravitz. The organization relies totally on donations of time, money, and blood to do its work and is seeking help in all areas. Visit westchestercounty.redcross.org to find out how you can help.
